Nestled in the upscale residential area of Edge Hill, Ozmosis boasts an open-air space surrounded by vibrant vines and greenery. Each table is adorned with different flowers, and at night, lights strung in the trees create an incredibly romantic and cozy atmosphere.

當天有chef special就來嚐鮮一下！點了紅酒燉牛頰和義大利海鮮寬指麵，超級讚的！紅酒燉牛頰超級入味簡直入口即化，配上新鮮的芝麻葉和炸得脆脆酥口的蕃薯片，超讚的層次感！

When there’s a chef special, you know you have to try it! We ordered the red wine braised beef cheeks and the Italian seafood pasta-Calamarata di pesce. They were both amazing! The beef cheeks were incredibly flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender, complemented perfectly by fresh arugula and crispy sweet potato chips, creating an awesome texture combination!

義大利海鮮寬指麵，Calamarata di pesce 是一道來自義大利的傳統菜餚。這道菜的主要特色是使用名為 “calamarata” 的義大利麵，它的形狀像小環狀，模仿了魷魚圈。這種義大利麵通常和新鮮的海鮮一起烹調，比如魷魚、蝦、貝類和其他魚類，並以番茄、白酒、大蒜和香草調味，其清爽的海鮮風味和微酸的番茄醬汁能讓人胃口大開，超推爆好吃的！！！

Its refreshing seafood flavor and slightly tangy tomato sauce make it a must-try. Highly recommended!
